Education/Training Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree. (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree preferred)
- 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) outside sales experience.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, PowerPoint, Contact Management Software.
Skills
- Knowledge of material handling and automation technologies including hardware, software, and solution services.
- Organization, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Professional sales techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Duties
- Identify and acquire new clients and partners through cold calls, referrals, seminars, trade shows, networking and prospecting new business.
- Build strong executive relationships.
- Develop loyal customers from new customer relationships.
- Setting personal appointments.
- Determine client needs and communicate possible Aloi solutions and capabilities.
- Manage accounts from initial meeting to the closing of business.
- Ability to work with and lead engineering teams.
